Recognising the need for a more integrated traffic control system for urban applications, resulted in the development of the EVO UTC controller platform. This adaptation provides the ability to integrate with existing UTC networks allowing remote control of signal timings on portable installations covering both vehicle and pedestrian facilities. The system offers the choice between standard portable traffic control or UTC. In each case, standard safety mechanisms are not compromised.​
